Beautiful day on the patio. Ordered Three Color Chicken Enchiladas (great) and Grilled Tilapia Tacos (a little fishy). Salsa mild and sweet. No alcohol, so don’t come looking for a margarita. Good food–good prices– will be back.
Poor service. Okay food
Not good. I order carne asada to go n when i open my bag i didnt found my tortillas. no tortillas n no fork to eat. i gave it a second try this time we r eating in restaurant. my daugthers plate came with a piece of candy wrap that had felt on it. the waiter just took the candy wrap off like nothing she did not change the plate.
Always perfect!. Great Tex-Mex!!!La Plazita has quickly become one of my favorite Mexican restaurants! The service is outstanding and the food is superb. Their enchiladas are perfectly cooked not too soft or underdone. I recommend the Tex-Mex enchiladas, the Guererro Enchiladas, the Carne Asada or my personal favorite Tacos Locos. Enjoy!
Okay but not great. Enchiladas were really good but shrimp tacos, beans, rice, chips, salsa was below average. Friendly service but dirty restuarant.
Love La Plazita. Have lived in Tyler for 20+ years… La Plazita is the best Mexican food restaurant we’ve been to since living in Tyler. Love the Mexican Quesadilla with the Mexican salad (w/ their home-made Cilantro Lime salad dressing). YUM!!!!!!
I ate lunch there today -had the carne asada lunch special w/ corn tortillas. didn’t care for the tortillas, but everything else was very good -the meat was tender and flavorful, the rice good, the beans very good, and the salsa and chips excellent. i would gladly go back and readily recommend.11/20/13ate there again today -had the texmex enchiladas. very good to excellent. definitely would go back and strongly recommend. their charro beans were excellent.
