Worst Panera I have ever been to. Usually go at least once a week and while some days are good, the bad definitely outweigh the them. Service and friendliness is lacking with some folks. And Souffls (my daughters favorite) are make to order – 20 mins is what I was told today – reason being they throw soo many out. Craziness! Good luck with this Panera!
Holy cow worst service at a panerea ever!!. Ordered no problem, then the arriving of our meal was almost comical….we had a salad and flat bread, 2 kids pastas, and 1/2 bowl of Chicken tortellini, they each came out about 5-10 minutes after the one before. Here’s my food, but wait none of the kids have food…wait wait wait, oh here’s the chicken tortellini but no bread…wait wait wait, here’s ones kids pasta…wait wait wait, 20 minutes after I got my food the baby finally had her buttered pasta. People buttered pasta does not take 40 minutes to make!!! Not only that but I had to ask 4 times for my child’s lemonade…he got it as we were leaving! What the heck! Oh and that bread came as my daughter finished her last bite of tortellini! Wow! I think this goes down as the record breaking worse service!And to add comedy to this already comical experience when leaving we went to go around the building but trapped in the drive thru…no problem normally but we waited 20 minutes trapped in the drive thru (I watched the clock!) so our quick dinner at panerea was not very quick!

Really nice atmosphere!. I’ve been to a lot of Panera Breads and I’m a fan, but this one is exceptionally nice! Inside they have a LOT of tables and couches and even a fireplace… and then outside they have a very large covered patio area with fans and space heaters. Overall pleasant experience!
This place is amazing! Great food, great customer service and attractive patrons! What more can you ask for?
Good food, but what soup and sandwich place doesn’t have crackers? I was kind of shocked really lol
