Not sure if i am going back. The food was really good but not happy with the service. Most important thing watch when paying by card. I went with 4 other people we all pages cash except 1. Apparently he waitress pocketed our money and charged the person paying with card our bills and now she is trying to get her money back. I tipped her good for being a lousy waitress. And no it was not that busy. She stayed by the wall talking all!most the whole time
Never going back. Went to Razzoo’s last night for my birthday celebration. Did not have to wait for seating as we chose to sit at bar. Ordered our drinks and an appetizer right away. Drinks came but waited awhile for the appetizer. But not as long as we waited on our food. An hour and fifteen minutes later our cold uneatable food arrived. We complained to the GM who comped our meal and offered to go boxes for the food. We declined. Very unsatisfactory service for a Monday slow night. Won’t go back. Happy birthday to me.
Tyler’s Razzoo does not have it to together as of 13 April 2014. The waiter we had was on some good drugs that made him sweat like he was ready for the electric chair or Texas’ Death bed any way he was past sorry so they bring Mlss Goodie/mgr and she makes thing right. The waiter had an excuse from the delay of drinks to the cold gumbo to the miscommunication of my order to the his service. They need to send a mgr to the Razzoo’s in Dallas to see how their lights are dim and a more live atomsphere. Think twice before coming here.
Crawfish tasted old and soaked long in water… Not lots of spice because of dampness and age… Some crawfish we’re not curled, which meant they were dead before boiled…close to worse to bad if u want tummy ache!
