Horrible ownership and unmotivated employees continue to plague this place. Used to go here with a group of friends once a week when things were good, but a steady stream of bad promotion decisions and hiring poor workers caused us to stop. We went back here about two weeks ago to try again. Bad idea… we sat for 20 minutes before any wait staff acknowledged we were there. It was another 8-10 to get a beer served. Beer selection is great, which they love to tell everyone about, but if you can’t get the beer served it doesn’t matter what the hell you have on tap.
Terrible! Unless you have taste buds that are very forgiving the pizza is not even mediocre! If you have ever had the $1 pizza from SAMs Club it tastes identical! It’s super noisy between the concrete floors and music. Dressings are from a bottle not homemade! I can deal with the bottle dressing on anything but ranch! Should not be from a bottle!Service was rude and slow! I hope that you don’t waste your money here.
Typical pizza joint for Tyler. Went in at 11:30 for lunch. 7 people total. My mother and I were two of the 7. They have yet another signed Earl Campbell jersey on the wall. That way the locals will be able to digest their food and identify the nuances of their ranch soaked pizza. I had the pleasure of getting a young lady by the name of Sarah to wait on me. Great personality. I got the 14in deluxe combination; hand tossed crust. All in all it was good. Give it a try. But don’t rush the door. It’s just another pizza joint in Tyler.
