    This is a poorly run location, certainly a place I would be ashamed of placing a picture of my child and I on the building, Amanda Montano. For starters, this place has always had long food prep time, so I order ahead of time on the app. When ordering on the app, it tells you what comes on/with the item. Such as mozzarella sticks that come with a marinara packet(see picture 1) However, at this last visit I was told by a Sonic employee, I must ask for marinara sauce to get any. Despite the fact that the menu(see picture 2) and app both say that it comes with a marinara packet. Ms. Montano, if hoarding marinara sauce is your thing, at least stop advertising that it comes with mozzarella sticks. This was my fourth and last visit to this location, and with every visit there was always something missing from my orders. By the way, stop giving out sticky packets of ketchup. It seems unsanitary.

    Horrible Quality of Food. I got a Jr. Cheeseburger, Grilled cheese and fries. My fries were sogging and old, the grilled cheese had unmelted cheese and one side not even toasted and my burger’s bottom bun was completely hard (stale). When I called the branch someone told me they would replace my burger. I was hoping they would also mention ensuring this wouldn’t happen again they will speak with the cook about the quality of food they are giving to customers. So I called back and asked for the owners number and this is also after I took out the rest of my food from the bag and realized everything had something wrong with it. When I talked to the owner, she started in with excuses. I was appalled. Really!? This should be unacceptable! Oh we store our bread over the steamer and this causes it to harden at times…ok so why would you serve that hard bread to your customers? Seriously. I let her know I wanted to call her so she could talk to her cooks about the quality of food they are serving. She said she will do that as the excuses kept coming. I don’t want excuses just as much as I don’t want stale bread or sogging old fries. With the excuses it made me feel she didn’t think my complaint was anything to worry about because well she has reasons for serving crappy food to her customers. What I didn’t mention is this isn’t the first time to get stale buns from this store or a half grilled, grilled cheese. And I called the last time I received stale bread. They just want to keep replacing my food. What about expecting more from their cooks? This seems to be the norm for this branch. I believe I’ve given them enough opportunities to fix these issues and yet they are still sending out the same crappy food.
