Good chicken but bad customer service….every single time. There is never a greeting at the speaker. Never a greeting or acknowledgment at the window. The window is always slammed shut and their backs turned while we wait for our food to be cooked. Restaurant is out of strips at least 8 of 10 trips and information is never communicated. I cannot wait until Canes opens!
Best Fried Chicken in Town!. I rarely eat fried chicken but when I do I ALWAYS get mine from Southern Classic in Tyler. The chicken has a little spice on it before it is fried making it delicious!! Try it – you’ll like it!
