Terrible service, not coming back. First and last time at BWW for me and my girlfriend. Walking in, the room was bustling, but not completely crowded. Hostesses were busy chatting it up on the right side until they noticed us walk in a couple minutes later. We were sat at a booth on the west end of the restaurant. Now here’s the fun part: no server ever came to our table. We waited 15 minutes after being seated, and still no one stopped by. Waiters and waitresses came to the tables behind us and in front of us, and also made eye-contact with us. But still nothing. Finally, 4 guys were sat diagonally behind us and yup, you guessed it, were promptly served by a waitress. Having had enough of this unfortunate experience, we got up and asked to speak to the manager, who came out of the kitchen and addressed us politely. We explained the situation, but only received a curt, basic response and were offered FREE APPETIZERS. THANK YOU! We said thanks, but no thanks, and left. But hey, the good news is we got to try some samples from someone who HAS to go around to every table. And they were good. Just disappointed in the service and management.
Great New Appetizers. I’ve always liked all the wing flavors, but hated how crowded and loud this place always is. We gave it another shot, and it was crowded as usual, and our server was just fair – but some of their new menu items looked outstanding! We tried the Standing O-vation, which was Shredded Beef, Onion Rings, Fried Mushrooms, Melted Cheese and Gravy over Potato Wedges. I know – not the healthiest food, but it was full of flavor. The Beef and Cheese flavor was that of a Philly Cheese Steak, and the Onion Rings, Mushrooms, and Potato Wedges were each good on their own, or with some of the Gravy. diningoutdfw.com
