Horrible Customer Service!. Ordered a pizza for delivery, was told that it was $6.99 per pizza and we got 2. My bill was rounded up $25.00 not including the drivers tip, which i tipped but now regret. Not only were we over charged but the driver had no pepper or cheese. I called and spoke with manager Alex, and he said he TOOK our order ( receipt says otherwise ) and that unless we ask for the cheese and pepper when we order, they do not have to carry it. I have seen the commercial for the pizza prices on tv for Gods sake and to not carry pepper and cheese unless we ask for it and argue with me and act like he is completely just in what he is saying is ludicrous. This place is awful and have no idea what respect and customer service really is.
