How can an Indian restaurant run out of naan and meat samosas. Unbelievable.

Not Sure. I’m just not sure if I will try Sana again. The place was a mess with most every table top dirty and gross. The trash can was overflowing. The floor needed a sweeping. Employees and service were adequate, but not outstanding. They were not busy. When I arrived the front of house employee was chatting with a friend, so all of these issues could have been addressed.About the food. I started with a chicken stuffed pastry. The filo crust was good, but the stuffing was very dry. Next was an order of vegetable samosas. They arrived in a foam bowl where one had melted a huge hole into the side of the dish.Filling was tasty, but dense. The main course was Lamb Biryani. It was most excellent and a generous portion. The lamb was very tender, and in ample amount. The dish was seasoned very well, except the individual pieces of lamb needed a shake of salt.

A kitchen in the back of a Desi grocery. Well worth the effort, with excellent and authentic Indian food.
