BEWARE. Worst caterer ever! RUDE RUDE RUDE. Terrible customer service. Didn’t even know when the event ended. Showed up before the event was over to pick up table cloths while people were still sitting at the tables, thus interrupting the speaker. I cater events often and have never used them since.
Horrible do not waste your money. On top of the bland boring usually cold food, the service is horrible. Every person I have come in contact with at TCP is rude rude rude and seems like they are doing you a favor by taking your order and DOING THEIR JOB. They have never ever gave me everything I ordered rolls are missing or a side or heck one time I only got half my tenders. After this last horrible experience I can say for sure my family and friends will not be going back. GROSS.
The Chicken Tenders are amazingly moist, tender, hot, and fresh EVERY time. The side dishes are full of flavor and are all made from scratch. The corn souffle, broccoli/rice casserole, fried okra, corn nuggets, and Mac and cheese are all so good. The rolls are awesome too, however their gravy has got to be the best gravy any restaurant in the area has to offer. I eat here about two to three times a month. They’re that good. I wish they would grow and expand to a few more locations in the area.
Really good chicken!
Mr.. Called in an order for 10 piece strip with Okra and French fries, was told it would be ready in about 5 mins. When I got there after about 15 mins, the order was not ready, WAS NOT even cooked, they had to drop fries and chicken, then the guy responsible for the order came up to collect and had a bit of an attitude, no sorry for the delay or anything, just took my card. He went away and came back to finish up getting the order together and still had an attitude and still no apology for not having the order ready when promised.
LOVE THE TENDERS!!!. I ate there last year & i ordered the chicken it was bland no taste at all..i decided to try them again this year the chicken tenders are awesome..they taste better than chicken express. the rolls had a sweet honey taste & the okra was seasoned very well. i proably will never get the chicken again but the tenders are great..chicken express fried chicken is aweful too taste like there is no seasoning.I give a 10 for the tenders here.
Mr.. 5th time my family and I have eaten at the chicken place. This time very different. I asked to make sure that the 10pc chicken order would be fresh and hot. What I got was cold and hard with stale biscuits. I am not sure what happened but I threw away money today. My family doesn’t to go back for a long time.
