Love it!. My husband and I have been going there for years. In fact we got engaged there. Tony is always personable and helped make my engagement night very sweet. He still knows us 7 years later. The pizza here is fresh and delicious!

Cheap Toppings!. I had been a frequent customer until I got a delivered pizza with very spare ingredients. Since I got the pizza when the restaurant closed, I called in the morning to make them aware. I thought they just ran out of ingredients at the end of the night and didn’t want to go and get more, since they were closing….The manger Joe did not call back for 2 days and then said the pizza was fine since he made it himself. That is how they treat customers. I asked to know who the owner was to pass on the info and manager Joe refused any info and hung up…They just lost good customers and did not seem to care.

Authentic Italian in NRH. We LOOOOVE Tony’s. Generally, people only bother to leave a review if they have a really bad or really good experience. What a shame. In any business, you can’t please ALL the people ALL the time. Tony’s is great food at a great price and absolutely the best pizza you can get delivered. If you’re tired of pizza or Chinese, Tony’s offers great Italian dishes, sandwiches and other options. As for asking for the code on the back…. that’s mandated by their card processer…. not a rule they made up to irritate people. Too bad common sense isn’t common….. enjoy your Tony’s and maybe if you’re extra sweet to them, they’ll return the favor 🙂

Best Pizza. I pass by 5 other pizza places between my house and Tony’s not to mention there are three with in two blocks the other direction. The very best Pizza you can get is at Tony’s.Everyone is great and very friendly, great for family dining. Just wait until you hear what else I get from Tony’s on my next review…Brian Caton Pizza eating expert

We came here because it was close to the grocery store we were about to shop at. We had no idea about the food. It was great! We had stuffed mushrooms shared a salad and had the white pizza. All very good…we ordered a medium pizza for the two of us and we thought it was the large! Great portion sizes, and great service….we will definitely be back!

Service. Placed a Call In order- the guy took my order/name.Went to pick it up – No order for me? I sent my daughters after the Call in order- no order for us? Funny- can prove that I phoned in and placed the order. My daughter calls me- says there is no order for us. I phoned back and asked them if they had my order. At first, the guy says- nope – no order, then he asked me what name? I told him my first name and my last name. He says Yes, there is an order for you. I told him to forget it because my daughters had already tried to pick it up but they said there was no order? I told the guy to forget it. Not long after that, they kept trying to phone me back. I did not even answer the phone.I have tried to work with Tony before to help him generate more Loyal customers to his business and keep more Loyal customers coming in to his business. He won’t even talk to me about the Lyoness program. Now I am totally convinced they don’t want Loyal Customers on a weekly basis and Tony does not care about the customers that he already has? Interesting concept – you don’t care about your customers, I don’t care about you – I don’t tell other people that Tony has probably one of the best Pizza;’s in the North Richland Hills area. I don’t tell new people about the best Pizza in NRH, so therefore, Tony does not get the business? We went to another Pizza place because of the lack of communication with his help? Amazing? If you have a business and you depend on customers to help you create your legacy, then why don’t you treat your customers right and why won’t you have an open mind about bringing in new concepts to your business to keep your Loyal customers and creating new customers? This is my story and sticking to it!Delores Saunders682-225-5229LyonessTogether We Are Strong!
