  I ordered $40.00 worth of food this evening for delivery, received everything I ordered except my meal. I called them to let them know they apologized and said they would send it right out and we will have it in about 30 minutes. 30 minutes went by 45 min went by. finally at 9:30 pm I called them to tell them we still have not received the order and to just refund my money I needed to go to bed. She asked me if I tipped the driver I told her I did not answer the door when they delivered so I wasn’t sure, and she proceeded to tell me that the driver told her that we did not tip them, she said so I can only refund you for the one dinner, well tht is all I wanted to be refunded for. I told her this is my first time ordering food from them and it has not been a great ex[perience. All she could say was I am sorry about your chicken and I am sorry that you didn’t tip have a good night. Seriously wow!!

  This is not a review on their food. The food here is probably one of the better places for Chinese food nearby, but the customer service is a bit lacking. After receiving my delivery, I realized there was a large plastic container filled with chicken and vegetables , but only a small box of rice. For such a large portion of chicken and veggies( not complaining), you’d think one more box of rice would be nice.. I called their place to see if they could deliver me some more rice, and was told it would be 2 extra dollars. Ugh, no thank you!! I realize it’s an inconvenience for them to deliver some extra rice, but after 17 dollars, it could have came with more… What also disappointed me was the lack of care in the woman’s tone of voice. She said bye, and that was that. I’m appalled. I uploaded a picture of how much rice is left after already eating a portion! Look at the huge amount of the chicken and veggies, with hardly any rice leftover. I also ordered crab Rangoon( rather chewy), and an egg roll (not pictured). For delivery a 15 dollar minimum was required, and I spent nearly 18. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to feel dissatisfied.

  I have been coming here for lunch and dinner for about 7years. The staff is attentive, and friendly. The food is tasty, and you always know what you are getting – no surprises. I can safely say that they have some of the best hot and sour soup in the area!
