BJs Restaurant and Brewhouse is a good restaurant for American food and craft beer. The chain of brewpubs has locations across the United States and several locations in the Houston area, serving burgers, pizza, pasta, and other common food items along with house brewed beers and assorted craft beers.We arrived at BJs during happy hour and, much to our surprise, we learned that this particular BJs location still honors happy hour prices on mini pizzas and appetizers, along with discounts on beer. The other locations have dropped many of these offers from the happy hour menu, but this location on Bay Area blvd still has them and it was the perfect excuse to order from these two sections of the menu. We ordered a few of the mini pizzas, mozzarella sticks, fries, etc. The kids love the pizzas and I like the house beer, so everyone was happy. I also learned that BJs has some new fall beers on the menu: pumpkin ale and an Oktoberfest. I wasnt too thrilled with the pumpkin ale but the Oktoberfest was satisfying and matched well with my barbecue chicken mini pizza, which was prepared the way I like it, with a good amount of veggies to go with the chicken and barbecue sauce.The service at this BJs Restaurant and Brewhouse location is better than that of the others. It was very nice to arrive on a Friday night and NOT have to wait for a table. There were many tables open, and since we stuck with the appetizers and pizza, we were served quickly. I have to also hand it to the wait staff- they were more than attentive and made sure to check back at our table frequently.BJs Restaurant and Brewhouse serves about ten of its own beers, but the brewing equipment you see behind the glass wall is just for show- none of BJs Brewhouse locations in Texas brew beer on site any more. The brewing takes place elsewhere and the beer is shipped to the restaurants for tapping. So, in that respect, it isnt really a true brewpub in the strict sense. But BJs Restaurant and Brewhouse is still a nice place to visit for a family meal and the service at this location in Webster is excellent. Its a good place to stop for lunch or dinner on your way to/from the Houston Space Museum. greatbeernow.com
Bj’s resturant Webster, Texas. Very disappointed.. January 15, 2015. Ordered pepperoni pizza. Each slice had just one pepperoni on it. Taste was very bland. We mentioned this to Josh our bar tender and his response was Really. No mention of calling manager. This location has been a favorite of ours for years. We will not be going back. My work loves to order from here. The food is always great, but the take-out service is hit-or miss, with most of the recent staff not being very attentive.The Oreo Pizooki will always be my favorite desaert!
Good, consistent service, atmosphere, beer and food at all the restaurants I’ve visited. Best of all is the pizza, au jus roast beef sandwich, pork chops and of course the beer. My favorites are the Piranha Pale Ale and Hopstorm IPA.
Boring. Adequate, average, pricey. Too many options on menu-but nothing unique and everything is over $10, even appetizers. Small plates are TINY. Food is not very flavorful- a step down from Applebees- if that is possible! we did get good service, however, and the restaurant is clean and well-appointed. I heard their pizza is good. I will try that to-go next time.

My husbands favorite, the Cuban burger (no longer on the menu but they’ll make it for you) is way with the money! I love all their mini appetizer options and the prices are cheap enough that you can order a few and still order a meal! I love their flat bread pizzas and their Barbados tacos on the light options are great!
