Adorable bakery with a variety of sweets! They had many different cupcake flavors including vanilla, salted caramel, red velvet, coconut, cookies and cream, strawberry, hummingbird, pistachio. They also had some cheesecakes, baklava, macaroons and ice cream!
Moist and creamy. These cupcakes are really moist and the frosting is so creamy, not so sweet just perfect and the cheesecake is really really good! My favorite had to be those cookies they have in the front register they have camera filling, raspberry or Nutella those are to die for.
I have visited every cupcakery in the RGV and this is by far the BEST! And surprisingly the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this place!!!!! Red Velvet Yum Yum!!!!
Hapiness cupcakes is the bomb. I love that they are experimenting with paleo deserts for those who can’t do gluten and some who practice the paleo diet
BEST CUPCAKES!!!. Happiness is at good as it gets. The cupcake size is perfect, the amount of icing is perfect and the price is right-on! I LOVE LOVE LOVE their Pumpkin Tres Leches Pumpkin …. it is Heaven. Their red velvet cupcake melts in your mouth.
I have a love for cupcakes and in the State of Texas I found Happiness Cupcakes on my way to SPI In Weslaco. I rate Happiness Cupcake a 100 . If you are lucky to live in the Area go and try them out. I will come back to SPI and make my stop at Happiness Cupcakes for sure!!!!
