Best Italian Food in the Valley!!!. I’ve lived in the RGV all my life and had never been to Milano’s until a few weeks ago. We liked it so much we went again a few days ago. It was SUPER DELICIOUS!! Everything was perfect. From the Calamari to the Tiramisu. I had to try my dinner company’s dishes as well. And I have to say EVERYTHING tasted delicious. Highly recommend this place for it’s food, service, and ambience. Enjoy!
Best Meal of my Entire Life!!!. I had the pleasure of having dinner at Milano’s. It is more expensive than most restaurants I frequent, but the food, servers, and atmosphere make it worth EVERY penny and then some!!! On a 5 star scale, I would rate it a 10! I’m from Minnesota and the thing I look forward to most when I go to Texas is dinner at Milano’s. All of their food is fabulous, but the tiramitsu is to die for! If you’re looking for a nice, romantic dinner, I would HIGHLY recommend Milano’s. ENJOY!

Excellent, Excellent food. Quail very tasty… Spaghetti taste fresh ( not mushy)- Bread is Excellent. This is easily hands down my favorite restaurant, Thank you for staying open after Mr. Milano’s passing.
Anniversary. My partner and I went here for our anniversary. It is a very nice place. Great atmosphere and nice music. We had a great waitress and it was excellent service. We had calamari and it was impeccable. We both had house favorites that were quite good. I highly recommend this place and yes it’s pricey.
