The all meat barbacoa is a step above tellez, rios, and culebra meat mkt. The pork carnitas is not your typical carnitas, it does not have a fried taste, not salty, but still very satisfying on the palate. I have not tried the menudo or tamales, but if they are anything like their carnitas or barbacoa, I am sure I will not be disappointed.
