Fajita Fail. Don’t waste your time. We waited longer than we were told we would, but there were plenty of available tables. We finally settled for bar seating and our service was horrible. Seems like since they’ve instituted the new table system, they expect for you to pay and order refills through it, like there is no longer an option for face-to-face service. The server brought the wrong food and we waited 20 minutes for salsa. Good Luck. I wouldn’t even bother.
Horrible. We had put Chili’s restaurants on our banned list years ago, but thought since we heard they were making some healthy changes to their menu that we’d give them a try again. We arrived to what we were told would be a 30 minute wait. We waited longer. Meanwhile noticing lots of available tables (half the restaurant) were available and just needed cleaning. Then we were seated and our waitress told us that it would take longer to get our food. Then we got our food and we overheard one waitress tell another that they shouldn’t clean some tables so they wouldn’t have too many customers seated in their area. Then we waited for what seemed like forever just for them to tell us we could pay out ourselves on their new card swipe thing on the table. However, without knowing that we were forced to wait also, since we wanted a military discount we still would require assistance. So, Due to our terrible experience we will not return to at least this location. We will give Chili’s one more try at another location if it is still a bad experience we will never return to Chili’s again and will never recommend it to others.
