Beware!!! misplaced credit cards. Bad service since the beginning and to top it off my credit card was given to another person, their excuse was that both cards look alike and was mistakenly given to another person. I ended up with an apology from manager and a good luck resolving the situation. Never going back!!!
Waitress & manager without a clue. I’ve been there twice. First time on a Sunday and the waitress tell us happy hour is only M-F. No specials on weekend. We go on a Friday And are told happy hour is only Sun-thurs. I advice the manager that I was told differently and show the previous receipt that we were charged full price on drinks on sunday. I wasn’t Expecting a refund or even a discount but an apology would have been appreciated.

Went to check out this resturant with my wife. :(. The restaurant seemed clean and had a lot of TV,s. The waiter suggested a top shelf margarita, which was over priced at 15.80 each. The food was terrible, the taco shell was like a taco bell taco shell, really I could of went to taco bell instead. The chicken enchiladas were bland and made with no type of seasoning. VERY POOR food Taste for paying 65.00 for two. Crazy. Rather Go to Bucanegro and get real food. We think the wait staff were nice. I think the manager need to look and eat some of the dishes they are serving??? If they continue like this there will be no repeat customers. I thought we expected more for a place named Grand Tequila!!
Two Yums up. Stumbled onto Grand Tequila and we loved it. Margaritas were awesome, I ate my whole plate of fajitas! Yum! Glad we didn’t read the reviews before we came. Place is great not sure why others posted negative reviews. Liked how it didn’t feel gimmicky like other tex-mix mexican restaurants. We will be back when we are in the area again.
Good Restaurant. I visited Grand Tequila a couple of times, I am always greeted with smiles and the hostess always greet me cheerfully, whenever I walk in sometimes a waiter would open the door for me, everybody there has good manners there. The food taste amazing for such low prices and it’s such a beautiful restaurant, it’s not too big not too small it’s the perfect size. The bar is amazing and I love the way they decor the restaurant it just feels like Mexico it brings the culture into San Antonio. The waiters/waitress have excellent knowledge of speaking Spanish and English, they always greet me so kindly and they’re so quick to bring in my drinks and food in. The home made corn torillas are delicious it’s very good. I love the kind of music they play Friday/Saturday nights making it fun for everybody especially with karaoke I would highly recommend this restaurant to eat and also they have delicious breakfast!!
Great service! The food was also great, and came out quickly. The margaritas were amazing, and are definitely worth trying! The ambience also made it feel more authentic. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anybody!
