EXCELLENT!!! I’m from out of town and just stumbled across this place. The sushi was very fresh and the Miso was flavorful. Great atmosphere, too.
This place has mediocre sushi. However, it was the worse dining experience I have ever had. With a party of five we ordered appetizers, a round of salads and rolls for the table. We didn’t get enough silverware or chopsticks and no napkins. We went our whole meal with empty drink glasses and no one wanted to wait on us we had 3 different people brings us random things. All this after someone spilt a bowl of soup down my back and pants and designer bag. A manager never came to our table. The list goes on….this is a reflection of management. The next day I called to inform the manager and 3 days later still no call back after one was promised by a manager. Needless to say we will never go back.There is much better sushi out there save yourself the agony.They are the worst!!!!-
I had great service and great sushi, I would easily go back again without a second thought. Server also pointed out a way to save money with what we were ordering in regards to recommending a special.
Kumori Sushi has mediocre sushi with fairly high prices. Their staff is inattentive. I had to go find the water and refill my glass myself so I could finish my meal. When I paid, the waitress lost my credit card.
Another great place to eat here at Alamo Ranch. Good service too!
Absolutely great!!!. The food and ambiance are great. Nice and cozy. The wait staff is great, especially Victoria, she knows that place inside and out. Love it. I will be a frequent flyer!!!!
Was thrilled when a sushi restaurant opened so close…. Title says it all. I tried it once on a Saturday for lunch. Not impressed. .. bland miso. Tuna salad? Well let’s just say not worth the calories, again bland. Rolls we ordered, same problem. Service was decent and maybe they are catering to a different crowd. I just want true Japanese when I’m paying for it. I’ll probably try it one more time to be sure but based on my first experience I’m still hoping for a good sushi restaurant out here. I reiterate decent, but don’t get excited. The drive to sushiHana, sushizushi or even gordo’s is worth it so far. Oh also the rolls were lukewarm.
