First timer. First time trying Greek for me. The food was good, but the star was Alex, the young lady at the counter. Aware that it was my first time, she aided me with my order, and then guaranteed that I’d like it, or she would personally take care of. That’s customer service.
Enjoyed the gyro and fries. Solid food, a bit pricey, but good. Quick service.
The gyro was bad. The chicken was grilled hunks instead of shaved pieces. There was nothing on it except lettuce, onions and sauce. I was expecting a least feta. I won’t be going back.
Papouli’s is absolutely amazing. I probably eat here at least once a week during my work lunch. Service is fast and the food is great all within an atmosphere that is straight out of Greece.

We thought it was a restaurant where they wait on you, but it’s more like Fuddruckers where you place your order, then they call your name. I have to say, the food was pretty good. We ordered Papouli feast that had a variety of food. Like I said, the food was good. If you come here, though, I recommend just getting food you can eat with your hand. I’ve had better plasticware than the stuff they had. And the dining room is extremely cramped with tables. You will be running elbows with the people next to you.
Great food and great service!. I placed a large to-go order today at about 10:30AM, before they were open (didn’t realize they weren’t open yet). The girl at the counter was very nice, and the food was ready just a few minutes after opening. The gyros were great. My colleagues had the fish plates, mezze, and falafel, and they loved them. We’ll definitely be ordering from here again.
