Rip off. Well I was there Saturday night, chilling. The front door guys and security were all cool and professional. So me and my friends got a pic nic table on the patio. Well our problem arose when the bartender was charging us 50 cents over each beer and he charged us $14 a shot of purple gecko…yes RIDICULOUS! He was a black guy wearing a hat. Avoid this bar at all costs! I plan on calling tabc and other agenciesoto investigate them
Avoid both locations by all means. The one off Babcock, I noticed a few more drinks were added to my tab that I didn’t order. The second location off 151 must have added a 1 in front of my tip because the full and final amount taken out of my bank account was a lot more and makes sense to if a 1 was added in front of the tip. That’s straight ROBBING people. Scandalous place. I’ll never go back and I advise no one else does either!
Poor service. I went there on a Saturday night. The service was bad. The bartenders were rude and made faces. I felt uncomfortable due to the fact that all employees are Caucasian and I am a minority. I witnessed the staff being very friendly with Caucasian customers. The drinks are overpriced. The dj played very good music from 80s, 90s and today. The environment was clean and the ambiance was good. The staff need to work on their service and people skills.
When the soda has a funny taste, the cheese is cold for the salsa and queso, it takes over an hour and a half to get your order and you asked for no mustard on it and they can’t even get that right. I would say the service and food is bad. And they ask for your I’d and credit card for a tab is kinda suspicious. Will not be going back.
Don’t. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Decided not to enter the establishment because if the lack of hospitality at the door. I will never go there again. Beware.
Bad Service, Bad Judgement.. I was looking forward to watching the first game of Spurs and Heat finals here and after we walked passed the door guy he noticed a small tattoo on the lower back of my fiances neck that reads in small letters REGRET. We were told that it’s policy to not allow tattooed necks and faces which I understand if your a thug with baggy clothes and trouble written all over but we were not and this was so small and non offensive. We’ve even been there twice before and even though service was horrendous we were still returning. We ended up going to Twin Peaks down the road for the first time and concluded we liked it a lot better to include the service. We’ll never return to this Shenanigans again.
Service. The service was absolutely horrible. We had to keep asking who our waiter was… after begging 4 waiters someone finally came 20 mins later. I order Philly Steak cheese sandwich it was burned.I just ate it anyway, because it took them so long. No one elses food was that great either! They even change for extra salad dressingWatch where you park,,, a friend of mine witness a truck backing up into a car in the parking lot closer to the Golds Gym. She thanks the guy left from there drunk about 08:00 pm
