  Terrible customer service. Young lady wearing glasses is horrible – she has no business workng with the public. She can/will single handly be the demise of the business.

  Poor customer service. I ordered cupcakes from Smallcakes on Culebra Rd for my son’s birthday and they looked good from the top but when I got them out of the box they were deformed to the point that they were tipping over. They looked nothing like the cupcakes they sell in the shop. Some were so bad that I could not even serve them. When I complained and talked to the owner he told me too bad, to get over it. No apology, did not attempt to fix my problem at all. They have an email address on their website which I used and then later was told that he was not planning on replying to my email at all. So much for customer service! When I posted pictures on their facebook page of the cupcakes he said looked fine, they were immediately removed. They will not be getting my business again.

  So many cupcakes to choose from, I can’t wait to see their holiday cupcakes!!! Personal favorite is the Lemon cupcake.
