Went here because of the warm recommendations of my friend M.K. We sampled the chicken sandwich, two kinds of fries, the beet salad and their signature burger. This place can really cook, it’s upscale food at moderate prices, excellent value, and the new location carries along some of its old Kitch along with kinda… Steam Punk, very creative and high tech. I especially enjoyed the burger and the garlic parmesan fries. Also, the Apple Tart is a real winner, flavorful, very well planned presentation. The new Bistro 2011 has the old location’s flavor with a new professional restaurant ambiance and also really good prices. Open noon through evening T-Th, Noon through late night F/Sat. Closed Sunday (planning Sunday brunch in the near future.) This place would be a great place to celebrate Happy Hour with friends. Very nice bar area.
I had the buffalo chicken sandwich with garlic parm fries. The sandwich was moist, quality chicken that was southern friend to perfection. The fries were delicious. My wife had the special of the day which was a chicken & shrimp over cheesy grits with mushrooms and some sort of sauce. Her meal was also extremely good. All food was fresh and cooked well. We will definitely be going again.

Great Food Great prices. The head Chef is a skilled culinary school graduate and you can tell. The staff goes to great pains to make sure the meals are top quality.
