Horrible service,greasy food over priced
Cool place bad service.. Very eclectic atmosphere. loved it. ordered 2 chai tea latte and breakfast bagel, breakfast burrito. waited 30-35 min..okay got kinda busy…..latte’s arrived, almost cold, then food finally came out the bacon on the 5.00 burrito was black. and so was the sausage on the breakfast bagel…….will give benefit of the doubt that maybe the cook didn’t show or another employee. will try again but if I have the same experience wont be back and wont recommend.
Coffee house :). Really enjoy the sandwiches. kool place. Only complaint is I came with friends out of town and didn’t know they quit serving at 2:30….Got there at 2:35 and the lady went on and on, in an unfriendly matter, about why she couldn’t serve us….A simple grill shut off at 2:30 would have been ok.
Food was very good. Had the turkey with swiss bagel, chicken salad pita and taco soup. This place deserves 5 out of 5 hats for the food. Customer service gets about 1 out of 5 hats. Walked in sat down employees looking at us and we are confused. I get up and go the counter and then realized we need to order at the counter. Maybe a hi, this is your first time, welcome, etc.. Instead everyone is looking at us. Will definitely come back for the food.
Got the special and it was great. Finished off with a Cookie Monster smoothie. If you are in Wichita Falls this is the best place downtown.

I grew up in Wichita Falls. I was happy to see this kind if place when I returned for a visit. Obviously, some people’s expectations are a bit unrealistic. (Like I HOP uses fresh produce). Lol. The ambiance is quaint, and I’m glad people aren’t parked with computers. I like a place that I can sit and converse and soak in ambiance. I’m also glad that this place welcomes a homeless person for a cup of coffee. We are all human.
