Not Happy!. All I can say isWTH?
Not a good choice. If you’re driving south though Wichita Falls, there are big signs directing you to this Arbys. Don’t be misled! Unlike other reviewers, my food was fine … even if they were out of two menu items. What was not fine was the lack of a drive through, the lack of rest rooms, and the impossible location. It’s definitely ‘easy off’ …. but getting back on is awful. For a traveler looking for an Arbys, this is a terrible choice.
Down Hill. What has happened to Arby’s? It has been a couple years since I ate there last but after tonight I won’t be going back. The sandwich was okay but the curly fries had an aftertaste like a cleaning fluid. The drinks were watered down and didn’t even taste like what they were supposed to be. However the turnovers were good. When I sent my Lemonade back because it just tasted like water with a little lemon flavoring in it I heard an employee comment loudly that it was supposed to taste like that because it was diet. Yeah right, I think NOT. My husbands Mountain Dew was so watered down and weak he just poured it out. We paid too much to get bad quality AND bad attitude. Won’t be going back.
