Worst service possible. I don’t understand how the management doesn’t fix this. The food takes forever, and the waitresses seem confused when you ask for a refill. Get it together.
One of my favorite places to chill! Awesome service, great food.
Food pretty good. Don’t ever go if you are in a hurry. Service is really bad and slow. Forget drink refills unless you are actually drinking. If they tell you your call in order will be ready in 20inutes it seems they mean 20 minutes after you arrive to pick it up.
Go elsewhere for food/sports. It’s a chain restaurant, and a mediocre one at that. I’ve been to BWW in several places throughout the states and they’re hit or miss. This one is a miss. The food is slightly below average – fairly consistent with the others I have been to. The sports selection (the only real reason to go) is okay, though it can still be tough to see a non-Cowboy game on Sunday. The service is crap, which is the deal breaker.I came to BWW for sports before I found Parkway Grill – much better all around on food and service.
Good food decent service. This place is hit and miss on service, depends on who is working and how busy they are. The wings are good and there are plenty of options. If you go on a UFC fight night or other large sporting event be mindful that there is going to be a long wait. For a large chain I think they do a good job and enjoy going there.
Great food service hasn’t been a problem till last night worst service ever half my order was missing for 3/4 of the meal drinks were empty and never refilled until we asked for the check no tip for you crappy waitress
Great food, service, and atmosphere. If you want a good laugh ask for Tyler Methvin to be your server.
