Went to their drive-thru just after 12 PM, for Sunday discounted Whoppers. Ordered a Whopper with cheese and two regular Whoppers. Woman at window seemed surly and told me to drive forward and wait. The two vehicles following me had a bit of a long wait too. No napkins in the bag and the loosely wrapped and sideways Whopper leaked through the bottom of the bag. The Whopper with cheese had NO cheese on it even though I paid extra. Despite waiting, all three burgers were lukewarm. Tried calling the phone number on the receipt and website and it’s out of service. No phone number for them is in the local phonebook. May be trying to discourage customers from coming back. The staff gets paid either way. Gave a blistering survey review on their website (as per receipt). I might go back just to piss them off.
