Food and service were good. Really enjoyed the food, especially the chicken and dumplings.

Good as it gets. This restaurant has a bad history, but a couple of years ago they got a new manager and things have really turned around. Everything has improved…the food, the service, the entire atmosphere. And these folks don’t microwave anything. It is all prepared fresh in the kitchen. If you get something you don’t like, tell’em to take it back. They will. (But don’t wait until you have eaten the whole thing). This is comfort food all the way. Probably not a favorite place for yankees but for us southerners it just doesn’t get any getter!

Lots of new menu items this place has done a 180 good food!! Big portions!17 Jun, 2013GREAT! The staff is friendly and i have never had a bad meal, SPECIALS DAILY!. I go quite frequently. Grilled pork chops are amazing with the cinnamon apples. Try a big salad you won’t be disappointed or the grilled cajun duo is delicious plus all you can eat catfish on Friday and chicken fried Monday! Sum and now they have enchilada Tuesday!! Ask for will or karrus!

Not impressed!. I visited the Cotton Patch Cafe after hearing good things from a few friends. I was not impressed. I went during the lunch hour on a Sunday. There was no wait for a table which was one of two good things about the place. Our waitress was pleasant enough but the food was not good. Everyone in my party ordered the chicken and dumplings with varying side dishes. It was quite a wait for the food and when it did finally come it was cold….not lukewarm….COLD. I have a problem sending food back (too many urban legends about what happens to the food of people that complain) so we basically left after eating only a few bites. Of the few bites I had, I thought the food tasted bland. I would not go back.

I have not had a bad experience or meal here, yet. This cafe is great. The people are friendly and the food is tasty. They have the best queso in town by far. Everyone visit and try to copy the queso. It is yummy!13 Apr, 2012I have eaten here several times. The food is fantastic. The service, phenomenal. I got takeout today. The attentive servers offerend me a drink and made the effort to greet me (x 3 people). In this economy, that’s the sort of thing that will keep me coming back. And the amount of food was enough for two meals. You all are on the right track. When I decide to go out to eat, I will choos cotton patch over other places based on service, quality and quantity, all at a competitive price.

Good Food. I enjoy going here for the fish and chips, sweet potato fries, and the many delicious burgers. Good place for the family with great options for the kids. The price is reasonable and the service has always been good for us.
