They must have addressed the wait staff issues mentioned in previous reviews. I ate there on the 19th of Oct and the advice was excellent. The food was what I’ve always received at CB. Good country cook’n.
First Cracker Barrel I’ve been to and did not enjoy. Took 15 minutes to get our salads and at least another 15 for entrees. My meatloaf was maybe at room temperature. I would have found the manager but I didn’t want to stay in there any longer. My wife was pleased with her chicken fingers though.
Waited 45 minutes for our food, when it came out it was completely wrong…. No salad first nor bread or anything that this place is known for. Just a bad experience all around…
The beef stew and cornbread is my favorte item. the beans and greens are great too. the relish is wonderful with these dishes. the chicken and rice is fabulous. just wish they still sold dolls in the country store section. loved travelling across the county and seeing the dolls.
