Good But Slow. This is one of my favorite restaurants to eat at. The service used to be really great and fast an personable. They have gotten slower over the last year. Today the Mexican stir fry was good but had few veggies, mainly just onions. (Plenty of chicken though.) I’m not going complain about the food. But the service needs to step it up a notch. I should be able to sit down, order my food, eat and be out the door, in less that an hour. Especially when there are only two other tables in the restaurant. I was a bit upset when the waitress walked around the kitchen playing with a towel and did not come pick up the payment for ever 10 minutes. Lately it has taken over an hour to eat lunch so I will be going else where so I am not back late from my lunch break.
Disagree with Rudy. I love this place! It’s our go-to when we can’t decide. Service is great, food is even better. Did I mention I love their Jeferitas?!?! Don’t listen to the critics, try it for yourself! Won’t be disappointed…
Not dog friendly. We are traveling with a motorhome caravan. There are 30 in our caravan but 16 wanted to eat Mexican food. Jefe’s has some outside tables so we planned to meet there for dinner. Two of the 16 have dogs so we called ahead to make certain that the well behaved dogs would be welcome in the outside seating area. We were told no dogs. Other restaurants in Wichita Falls have welcomed the dogs in the outside seating. We found Cheddars, Napoli’s, Cotton Patch, Los Tres Amigos, Jalapeno Tree and Texas Best BBQ very dog friendly. We took our party and the two dogs to Jalapeno Tree and found a friendly staff and good food.
Do not like. I am from south texas Hispanic and i can tell you i would not spend another dollar in this place horrible food has no taste to it flavors are not good at all
Thumbs Up.. Love the food, atmosphere and workers. They always are 5 Star when attending and or calling in a order. Love Jefe’s.
I absolutely love Jefe’s. We eat here at least once a month and have yet to be disappointed. The staff has been nothing short of incredible to my family and me.
