Terrible Service. 4/11/15 My wife and I went to Luigi’s last night. She ordered the Chicken Parmesan. When it come out the sauce was cold. I understand this can happen, she hadn’t made it to the chicken yet. Called the server over and let her know she got the manager and I just ask if he could heat it up he said no because they don’t have a microwave. He said he will make another I said no don’t throw it out and he said he could make sure he put good hot marinara on top I said ok that will work. It come back out they separated the spaghetti from the chicken on the plate and added some sauce. My wife went to take a bite and she said the chicken is cold. I told the mgr my wife said forget the dish she will have the Baked Zita. As he walked away with the plate he said to his employees this is right I made it. After this the service was terrible, we were sneered at numerous times by the help as well as owner. Never an apology and I got charged the price of the chicken parm and not the Zita. Didn’t say anything just paid and left. Been going there for 4 years and many times entertained clients there as well as placed large orders for my employees. I am in the service industry and the treatment was absolutely unacceptable. Never going back, If my employees treated anyone like this, they would not be my employee.

Love this place. My wife and I eat here at least once a week. The staff is friendly and truly care about you. Their food is great, I have never had a bad meal here. I am glad they opened in Wichita Falls!! Thanks for the great service!!!
Good! I ordered the Italian sampler. It came with a lot of cheese in a baking dish. Overall very good but if you aren’t a fan of a pile of cheese you might want to try another dish.
Great for Lunch. I and 4 friends had lunch here today. The food was all good, we had lasagna, chicken parm sub, manicotti, spaghetti and strombolli. The portions were large and staff was very attentive. We would all go back here.
Wonderful!. My husband my folks and my 2yo had dinner there tonight. The service was great and very personable. Our dishes ranged from seafood to chicken to pizza and it was all amazing! Portions were perfect even a little big. Cute atmosphere and clean. We will definitely be going back!
Tasty!. I have eaten here on several occasions and have also ordered pizza to go. Every time the food was very tasty and quickly prepared. Most sit down places I have been to have had a combination of the two attributes above, few have had both. The food is either quick but not cooked well, or slow and cooked well. Luigi’s seems to have been able to perfect both. The wait staff has always been friendly and prompt. The atmosphere is quaint and comfortable. Perfect setting to take a date. Not overly fancy, yet warm and inviting. Slightly better then you would expect from a place tucked away in a small city. I would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to eat. Strong points are that it is very affordable, tasty and timely.
