We went for the first time last night. Hadn’t tried it yet. We moved here recently so looking for a good place for dinner. Very disappointed. Got there at 6:30. The salad bar was picked over with a lot of empty containers. They never refilled them so not much more than lettuce and cheese. Poorly maintained pizza and salad bar. Won’t be going back.
It depends.. Mazzio’s is a great, family friendly enviroment to go to. The way that the staff & store are, depends on who is working. My husband, kids, & I went in to eat not too long ago. It’s busier in the mornings more than in the afternoon. They have great cooks & servers depending on the time you go & whose working that day. When we went in to eat, our servers were named Porshea & Alyssa, I believe. They never let our drinks go empty & were very nice to our children! If you wanted something you didn’t see on the buffet, they would get it for you, & they offered us some to go drinks before we left. All the other people they were serving seemed pleased also. I think that Mazio’s is a good place to go if you want family friendly & good food.
Heard the food was good so I went there. Staff didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in. Stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before someone came to the counter. They didn’t say hello or smile or even acknowledge me but carried on singing to some song. It was silly just standing there. So I asked the asked the staff member about the buffet and she just muttered something. So I just walked out and went to McAllisters deli where I got a warm welcome. I will go back to Mazzios and give them another try however. Maybe that one staff member was not properly trained etc.
Expensive!. Too expensive for a sandwich!
The buffet runs out every single time I eat there. I just gave up finally.
Yum yum. I go for the pan fried potatoes on the buffet. they are sooooo good. pizza is good too but oh those potatoes !!!!
I love this place. Great price, great food. Family friendly. You won’t be sorry.
