  I love giving restaurants that I’ve never been to a chance . Unfortunately the chance I gave left me disappointed. The pasta was over cooked and the sauce was almost non visible and tasteless. The canoli had more filling on the outside .. the tiramisu was decent. The bread they give you are like big over cooked Hawaiian rolls sprayed with Pam and lightly sprinkled with some undetectable seasoning. I’m almost sure it’s for looks not flavor . One of the dishes contained shellfish. Which tasted like freezer burnt mussels . Definitely not worth a revisit. I’m pretty sure that all of the positive reviews are employees. Also from my experience and one that I am currently not enjoying do not ever get their seafood or dessert. Not sure which made me sick but im leaning towards the shellfish and their incompetence. If I could give this place a 0 I would

  The best food ever just plain good you can get Alfredo and bread ( my fav ) even Alfredo pizza ( even better) . I love the Alfredo pizza #thebest food

  I’ve been here with my family numerous times. The caliber of service when you dine-in ranges dramatically, and if you’re a homebody who loves take-out I would highly recommend going that route. We’ve been here when they’re shorthanded before and it was very frustrating. One visit in particular, it took too long to place the order, we never got refills, and then had to wait around to get the check. **But even then*, the food is above-average Italian food and better than what you’re going to get from the local chains. I’d much rather keep supporting Napoli’s and keep them in business (and hope they read this and hire more staff for peak hours.) They still get 4/5 because from now on we just call it in and go through he drive-thru and get to enjoy it at home.
