I like this place. Been here a few times and it’s consistently good. There’s nothing outstanding about it, but definitely a solid choice for dinner anytime.
Not an Olive Garden fan but this is one of the better ones. Still there is better Italian to be had in Wichita Falls, especially if you want traditional dishes or changes to the standard product for whatever reason.
Memorial Day Save!. Today (5/26/2014) I called in a to go order, when i arrived an employee graciously opened the door for me. The hostess greeted me kindly and directed me to the bar to pick up my order. The server at the bar (Chris) was very kind and began to take my payment, but a problem arised. As i was fumbling to understand what was going on she was very kind and patient. She called over a manager (Sal), she explained the situation to him and he kindly explained the situation to me and what he was going to do to resolved it. He was very kind and spoke in a professional manner. Now prior to my experience with These 2 employees I was having a bad day. My company gave us notice that we were going to be employed until this Friday. After 5/30/2014 over 200 people will be losing their jobs, including myself. Along with the fear of unemployment, i also had a family member in the hospital. Today is also Memorial Day, the meal I ordered was for myself and my father in law. I was buying him lunch to show appreciation for the years he served in the military. These 2 employees did not know this but were very kind to resolve my problem. I have to emphasis how much APPRECIATION I have for these 2 employees of yours. Not only did the manager resolve my problem, but he was very kind, understanding and professional. The server at the bar, she was also very kind, patient and hospitable. I appreciate the assistance both servers made to resolve my problem, they went above and beyond. They do not know how grateful I am, because of them I was able to show my father in law appreciation for serving his country.
A+ Waitress!. My wife & I stopped in for a simple soup and salad lunch. It’s a good value and quick. We were delighted to have a very attentive and intuitive waitress. She was there exactly when we needed her. We never had to ask for anything. She even, without us asking, gave us a couple of cups of ice water to go on the 100+ degree Texas afternoon. If you stop in, we hope Courtney P serves you!
Only place for Italian. Luv tha atmosphere, food is usually great. Management is friendly and normally visable. Better to go during tha week or non peak hrs.
Olive Garden Rocks!. I’ll let you picky eaters in on a little seceret. If you don’t like what you ordered from olive garden ask for a new dish and YOU will get it. Very family friendly. If you have a problem managment will do thier best to help you. It is a casual family resuaurant that holds up to the Olive Garden and Darden standards. Great for larger parties tho they do not take reservations per say, management will do what they can to accomadate you. It’s my firm belife as a dinner that any party of 15 or more should calls ahead anyway. You never know how busy it will be at any given time. Speaking of which, when was the last time you walked right in on peak hours and did not have to wait? If so many people are waiting then can it be all that bad?
