Purely pathetic!. This place is struggling to call itself a restaurant. We went here for lunch, no one sat us no one asked if we needed any drinks no service at all! There wasn’t any pizza on the buffet so everyone was waiting to pounce on the next thing put up for grabs. After finally going to the person at the register did we finally get drinks. Their coke machine was about 3 or 4 2liter bottles. After waiting for about 15 minutes of no food or refills we got up to leave. I waited at the person at the register and after being ignored enough, we just left. Don’t waste your time on this place it would be much more useful as an empty lot!

The manager offered to refund my money hut only if I came to the store to pick it up. Bottom line, if you want pizza order from papa john’s, at least they give you what you ask for.
