My mistake not to read the reviews first. I don’t care for my ribs and sausage being pulled out of the cooler and microwaved. There is a reason why have not made Texas Monthly’s list for barbecue. Previous post suggested that the really positive posts were probably employees, I concur. For those who say there is no better barbecue in Dallas/Fort Worth, need to read Texas Monthly again.
