Yummy!. We had previously eaten at The Spot which is where Stone Oven is now located and we were not too impressed with that restaurant so I was a little hesitant to try again, since I thought they had simply changed their name. However, I had heard that it was amazing so we did against my better judgment. I am very happy we did though! We absolutely loved it. The greek salad was super tasty and the cheese pizza was very good as well.The only have two negatives toward my experience. 1) There is only 1 high chair in the entire restaurant. I have a 2yr old and a 1yr old and it would have made life much easier had there been more than 1 chair. Luckily, a very nice customer removed her toddler from it and actually brought it over to us to use because my son was younger. 2) I was not impressed with the manner in which they served the greek salad. It is in a to go container, which wouldn’t have been so bad except we were dinning in and I would have liked to have a plate or something since my family was sharing the large. Once again I am very happy that we tried it. It was delicious. We actually plan on eating there again this Friday and getting the SOS Gyro pizza and greek salad again. I haven’t been able to find any coupons for them so if anyone knows of any please let us know. We are always looking for discounts due to our minimum budget.27 Aug, 2014Cheese Pizza. Still Hungry on Fathers Day. Went there around 4:00 p.m. With my son and daughter. Ordered and sat down, about 20+ minutes or so 2 pizzas arrived at the table. One was my daughters, and the other was nothing close to my order. They said ok and said they would make another for me. about 20 minutes later, my son’s pizza finally arrived. Both pizzas at the table looked good. Still sitting in front of an empty table, no pizza for me. About 20+ minutes later we decided to get boxes for the remainder on my kids’ pizza and to have mine boxed. They asked how many pizzas we ordered. We replied 3, have the receipt to prove it. They claimed we ordered 3 pizzas and they brought us 3 pizzas. They then discovered they never made my pizza, and looked confused. I am still sitting at the table with no pizza. At this time I am fed up. We get a refund for one pizza, and leave. I am still hungry and have no pizza. Oh, and by the way Happy Fathers Day! yay!
Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!. Very disappointed in this new restaurant! We were so excited for a new pizza place, but the service is terrible. Pizza is good, but not worth the trouble. On our first visit we received the wrong pizza (missing a topping we ordered and paid for) we just ate it and called it a loss. Our second visit was horrible! Ordered over the phone at 7 pm and was told 25 minutes. We get there and end up waiting until 8:10pm. Once we got home we realized that 2 of our pizzas are completely wrong! We ordered one cheese and two supremes and received two cheese and one ham and bell pepper (what?!). I admit it was our fault for not checking, but when paying they read back our order and handed us the pizza. So now its 8:30 and we call and are told we can come back for the right pizzas, which will be ready in 25 minutes at the latest. Not believing this estimates we don’t leave home for 20 minutes. Once we get there and wait another 20 minutes we are told one pizza went in and one is about to go. Are you kidding me?! At this point it was 2 and a 1/2 hours and I am just done. It is very unlikely we will ever eat here again and will be telling my friends the same
This has got to be the best pizza in town. Owner is always there, knows you by name. Staff is very friendly. Price is right too. Try this place out it is great!
