I love this place! Don’t go expecting Samurai & you won’t be disappointed. I personally like it better than Samurai. Their seafood & meat are more flavorful and the sauce is good( not anything like Samurai). The atmosphere is nice but very different and takes some getting used too ( feels like a club). Best Rainbow roll in Wichita Falls area.
Let me start of by saying the decorations were nice. But that’s where it stops. I feel like I was bamboozled. I frequent samurai. Wasabi can’t even be compared to samurai. The service was horrible. The hibachi was horrible. The cook killed my friends fish not once but twice in one sitting. The cod was nasty and the fact that it was burnt didn’t help either. The rice was even burnt. The other people at the same table barely touched their food and no one got a to go box. Needless to say I won’t be visiting this establishment again.
Went here for lunch with my husband and we enjoyed our food and experience at Wasabi. Ordered the 3 roll sushi special and calamari. Sushi was delicious, but the calamari was a little overlooked. However, the wait staff was very friendly and service was great too.Overall, we had a great experience and would go back for lunch again!!
Wasabi Rocks. After walking in the first time I knew I was in love with this place, the decor is really cool and they always seem to be playing 90s music! The sushi is amazing and they even have a lot of vegan and vegetarian options! They make sake bombs an event to remember and the price is awesome! and if you ever have the pleasure of getting Zoey as your waitress you’ll love Wasabi as much as I do! Her upbeat attitude and constant smile would make anyone’s day.
Market Street has better sushi than here. Even the California rolls were less tasty than Market Street.
Wasabi review. Folks, I’m not sure it could have been any worse tonight. I don’t know who the manager is, but they might want to consider a job change.They couldn’t lead a silent prayer. The service was HORRIBLE. Wait, and wait, and wait, and wait. Took forever after being seated to order drinks. Then wait again for the drinks. Drinks were wrong and then wait again for new drinks. I requested lemons each time someone did happen to show up. Finally gave up.Sushi was decent and above average. Food was bland with little taste. The whole table was disgusted and commenting that this was their last visit. A complete waste of time and money.
Hibachi is not as good as Samurai and sushi isn’t as good as Sakura. Overall not impressed. The decor is nice but that only goes so far.
