We are a sustainable restaurant with the only wood fired grill on the island of St Thomas. We support local farming, fishing and have implemented a zero plastic program.We also have a responsible waste program as well as onsite composting of food waste. We do our best to create simple, delicious dishes from organic ingredients. Come and enjoy our al fresco dining experience and chic bar atmosphere!
