Good stuff. Liked the loco moco. How can you go wrong with hamburger, eggs, gravy, mac and rice?Also liked the Poly Plate, which gives you a choice of three or four items (out of about eight). The sausage was big, juicy and bland. The kalua pork was juicy, smoky and tasty. The chop suey had bean thread noodles, ground beef and veggies and was flavored with soy sauce. Different and tasty. Other available choices included curry, turkey tail, and poi.
