The meat is very well done. My biggest pet peeve is a soggy bun and the meat is so juicy that the bottom bun was soggy at first bite. If they grilled it it may help. Otherwise good service and food.
Had to try this place! Hidden in the new Holiday Inn hotel there was 1 set of diners in here when we arrived. We sat ourselves, as per the sign, and were immediately given menus and our drink order was taken. I was overwhelmed by the amount of beers and wines this place had upon looking at the menu! My husband ordered the Boss burger and I the Philly burger. The food came out in about 10 minutes. Such cute plate presentation! The fries were in little galvanized buckets. my hamburger looked pretty good and upon further inspection it was basically just a mushroom swiss burger with some chopped onions in it. No sauce was present, which I would have really liked. The patty, ordered medium rare, was fantastic. SO juicy and tender and flavorful, it was what really saved this place. The fries were just fries but that burger patty is probably worth going back for. I had ordered the onion rings, which there was no up charge for which was nice. They were pretty darn crispy and I like a tempura battered onion ring myself but these were still good. My husband rated his Boss burger a 6 or 7 out of 10. Said he wished there was more bacon flavor, for a burger that is supposed to be stuffed with bacon it didn’t have much of the bacon flavor there but otherwise it was really good. I’d go back to this place to try something else for sure. The prices are a tad high, maybe $.50-$1 overpriced but not too bad.
