Absolutely delicious. Definitely at the top of the list for best in St. George. Steak and mahi mahi perfectly cooked and delicate well balanced flavors. Everything tasted very fresh, probably because almost everything is made daily in house. Nice, modern dining room with a great view of the city. A return trip in the future for sure.

The Best Restaurant in Southern Utah!. My husband and I are from Newport Beach and Laguna Beach, California, and are accustomed to excellent food, service, and incredible ocean views. Cliffside Restaurant has excellent food, first-rate service, elegant ambiance and beautiful views! The food is truly fresh and house-made! They have a garden for their fresh ingredients. General Manager Jared is exceptionally caring! Server Austin is great as well! They made our dining experience comfortable and wonderful! Chef Vance is an excellent Chef! The price point is similar to other restaurants in the area. The menu is diverse and we cannot wait to try it all. They have nightly specials as well. Tonight, for an appetizer, we had Fresh Hand Pulled Mozzarella, with vine ripened tomato, basil pesto, balsamic, soffrito oil, & house made crostini, which was all delicious! For entrees, we had the Cliffside Steak and Hash, which was a delicious 10 oz char-grilled NY sirloin steak, two-potato hash, bacon-onion compote, parmesan cheese sauce & house made steak sauce, everything was delicious! Definitely the best steak we have had in the area, and rivals restaurants in Newport Beach. We also had the Chicken Fried Chicken with creamy mashed potatoes, gravy, & grilled scallion, which we both loved as well. Every component, sauce, side, of every dish is spectacularly good! The fresh, hot bread, was great as well, and served with delicious dill butter. The dill is subtle and excellent. Austin brought us balsamic and oil to dip the bread as well. Desserts were as good as everything else. We will be regulars and will bring family when they visit us from California.

Love It! My fave restaurant in St. George. I have been a dozen times and have never been disappointed. Food, service, and view have always been fantastic! It’s a great place for lunch and dinner. Looking forward to my next visit…soon.

Ate on the patio and it was lovely. Service was very good. I thought the Mahi Fish Tacos were very good. Did not like the tortilla soup. Overall, we enjoyed it and plan to return and try something else.

Loved it!!!. My daughter and I went here for lunch in July for her birthday. The food was awesome and the lemon-lime ade in the mason jar was unexpected and great. We had the tomato mozzarella appetizer, the fish tacos and the salmon berry salad it was all very delicious. The view was great but the food is greater. We went again today with my husband and once again it was fantastic. The tomato soup with a grilled ham and cheese is the best I have had anywhere. The only con was the bun on the Cliffside Burger. It completely fell apart. The burger itself is at least an inch thick and a heartier bun such as a pretzel bun would stand up better. The prices are very reasonable and a bargain for the food you get. We will be going again and again.

Eh…. I was really excited to try this place!! So I called to make a reservation; was put on hold for 7 minutes and then was transferred to the hostess. Once we arrived we were greeted by a snotty hostess who’s answer to everything we requested was no. It was hot and there were tons of flies. The food was pretty good but with all the other issues I wouldn’t spend that kind of money again. We went on 8/1/14.
