The owner of the place carried on a conversation with a friend for the entirety of the transaction. He didn’t say anything to me or even make eye contact–just took my money. Total fail on customer service. Furthermore, the place is kind of dusty.
Love Krave so much! Sad to say that one night we were treated very poorly by two employees. It doesn’t close till 11:00pm so we got there about 10:30pm and both the employees were mad that we were there. Not being friendly at all and not being helpfully and giving us dirty looks because they were trying to leave early. Then we sat outside because of the disgust of how we were treated. At about 5 mins to closing they came and told us to give them the chairs that we were all sitting on because they were closed. Sad to say but I was told by our friends that they would never go again because of the way we were treated. Sad that I feel the same if their ice cream wasn’t so good. Dang employees that ruin a good business!
