Favorite family restaurant! We’ve been coming here for years and it’s the place my kids always pick when it’s their birthday. They make them feel really special here!
Horrible service. I don’t know what was going on but the waitress all but ignored us, then puts automatic gratuity on the bill. When we asked them to remove the automatic gratuity they told us its on the menu that they put it on there for parties of six or more but it’s up to the server. I have no problem tipping and am usually a generous tipper. Our party all ordered the buffet, All she had to do was clear our plates once and make sure we had drinks but she couldn’t keep up with that and insincerely asked at the end of the meal if there was anything else we needed with a creepy, fake smile.When we asked at the counter if we could add our tip in manually we were told it’s on the menu. Since we all ordered the buffet no one even cracked open the menu. The staff were very rude and argumentive. My family and I will never eat there again. Shame too because the food is decent but the service overpowers that and I’ll think I’ll go to another mexican restaurant next time I want some chile verde.
