Pretty Good All You Can Eat Sushi. If you are looking for an all you can eat sushi place, then this is a pretty good option. Fish quality is generally quite decent. The have a very American style to their sushi, so fried etc… However, they do have many traditional rolls.

Sushi HAHAHA. The service was terrible. I sat at the sushi bar, and the waiter still had to take my order slip to the front counter, and then when my sushi order came up, the waiter had to take my order to the front (again) and back to me.The wait-staff is over-worked, and under-trained.The rolls are mostly rice, but what upset me was not the amount of rice, but how tasteless it was.I’ve had plain boiled rice that had more flavor.True it is an all-you-can-eat sushi bar. But I’ve been to plenty of them that had higher-quality fish, and more balanced portions. And the sushi chefs are 50/50.Half of the chefs are quite good. The other half of the chefs are slow, sloppy, and have very little emphasis on preparation or presentation. I’ve worked as a sushi chef, and am appalled at how low this place has sunk since I went there a year ago.

Love to eat here. We like ordering hand rolls we don’t usually do the all you can eat and we sit at the bar to get things made. We have been going here about three years now and they have been making improvements to the place but I do agree the service isn’t the greatest which is why we eat at the bar. My only pure negative is they need to get their liquor license back. I rather get sushi elsewhere if I can’t get saki with it.

Sushi YUCK! Terrible service (when we got any at all), greasy tempura, dyed pollock billed as crab. Even the green tea was bad.

Oh and yes… The place is gross. Sticky menus and floors.. Would be great if they cleaned once in awhile. Makes me wonder what the back of the house looks like??24 May, 2013Horrific place. The reviews are true… Some of the worst service I’ve ever had anywhere. The food was just awful! Super salty miso soup which I couldn’t even eat, the salad had some disgusting mayonnaise dressing that seemed like a coleslaw knock off, the sushi had brown old avocado in it and to top it all off… I kept nearly breaking a tooth on something crunchy in my sushi roll. I thought it was a crab shell or something but no… It was just super dried out rice from being pre-made and sitting out forever!! Do you know how long rice has to sit out to turn rock hard??? Ugh!!! This place is disgusting. Save your money and go anywhere else but here!!

Damn good sushi. I don’t get what is with all the negative reviews recently. I’ve been here more times than I can count and it’s been excellent every time. They make some of the best sushi I can find in utah and for a pretty reasonable price. I enjoy it.
