No reservations and sushi bar unavailable. I have been faithful customer for many years, The food is great and the sushi is awesome. With that said, I plan on no longer visiting this restaurant for these 2 reasons. 1st- Management made the decision to no longer allow the sushi bar available while waiting for the grill. Talk about stupid, I would have purchased a few drinks and sushi rolls while waiting for the grill. This is lost revenue for the restaurant and no longer keeping customers happy while they wait. 2nd- unlike any of their upcoming competitors (such as Tokyo station) they do not take reservations or call ahead seating. I am very sad to see this organization fall behind, since they have been a favorite of mine for many years.
