Trying Utah BBQ was a stretch for this Texan, but the flavor was absolutely delightful. I had the burnt ends, sausage and brisket. My wife had the chicken and turkey. We were both amazed at the flavor, although it is on the sweet side. They use apple wood and have their own sauces. The sides we had were delicious. If you are in the neighborhood be sure to stop by, you won’t regret it.
