T-grill is a great healthy choice for lunch. Most of the menu is perpaired quickly. They have a simple menu offering eather teriyaki or spicy chicken, stake, or srimp. I love the oyako. Just beware if you order the oyako it takes about 10 minutes to cook.
If you’re looking for good comfort food this is the place to go. Basic rice and noodle bowls. I usually get the steak and chicken combo spicy as hell, but it’s not overly spicy. My wife and I love brown rice, so I really like how they have brown rice as an option as well. I’m not a fan if their steamed veggies though. Too bland. But worth a try, and a whole lot better than rumbi rice bowls. 3/5
I went in with low expectations but was pleasantly surprised. I had a regular (very big and filling portions) bowl of thick noodles, shrimp, and steak. No, it’s not a 5-star restaurant. I thought it was great food for the price. So go in with that expectation and you’ll be satisfied.
