Terrible service!!. I usually go here once a week, and never had a problem until today!! First, they forgot my dressing, second my whole salad was lettuce… nothing else even though I ordered shanghai chicken!! and the chicken tastedokr sweat! so my fiance went back and they gave him the wrong dressing and didn’t even apologize or act like it was a big deal when he just drove back! it would be slightly understandable if they were busy… but it was dead!
Horrible Service. The service is horrible here. I’ve tried going in three time and had horrible service every time. They’re rude and unwilling to change anything on their menu to accommodate customer preferences or dietary needs.

Luckily I like the food here because the service sucks. No matter if you’re in the store or call in a take out the employees are rude, short and very ill trained. Every time I get the same thing and ask for no olives. I always end up picking olives off my salad. Not only do I have to repeat myself to each person but I have to repeat it to the person making my food because they’re not paying attention. This place needs some severe work and is truly a disgrace with their lack of customer service. Whoever the owner is needs to come in and witness the sad service being provided.
