Had to wait to be seated the guy did not say a word and pointed to our seats. Order waited 45 minutes and out shacks and salads sat under warms for 20 mins we finally just left. Were there an hour no drinks, food, and we asked for change for the music she put it in her pocket and said she would bring it back. Never did paid $12. For 2 drinks that she dropped after 55 mins. Worst part there was only one other table! Worst place I have ever been for service!
OverPrice Eye Candy Lousy. My wife was drawn in by the nifty 50’s eye-candy atmosphere. I knew it would end bad. Overpriced burgers, terrible service, manager did nothing but thank me for my comments. Didn’t even bother getting the dessert. Would have been better off going to another eatery in the mall and a separate ice-cream shop. Don’t waste your time.

We went to Johnny Rockets for the first time today and loved it! We loved the 50’s diner atmosphere. Burgers were great, fries were great, and the shakes were awesome. It’s definitely a kid friendly restaurant and the kids loved getting the ketchup animal drawings and the balloons. Kudos to our server, Dylan Jensen. He did a great job. We will definitely be back!!
Stopped in for lunch food was really good ans came out fast. Server was very friendly and took good care of me. Highly recomend you try it.
I came into Johnny’s with my family and my server really took care of us. From beginning to end everyone was smiling and the dancing was fun! It’s a great environment for the whole family.
Having the staff watch me as I try to level my table was interesting. I Was on my hands and knees myself with them watching Restrooms are poorly maintained and sloppy. The food isn’t any better. Super small portions and put together by a five year old. This place needs new management ASAP before the brand is shot in Utah.
